Our contribution to the construction industry over the past forty years has involved us in demolition and site clearance contracts throughout the country, ranging from large blocks of flats, factory buildings, hospitals, piers and domestic properties. Because of our professionalism and discretion we were awarded the demolition and site clearance of “25 Cromwell Street” by the local authority.

We do not consider any contract too big or too small to undertake and all enquiries are welcome.

REFURBISHMENT / DEMOLITION SURVEY

A Refurbishment and Demolition Survey is a legal requirement before any refurbishment or demolition work can be carried out. This type of survey is used to locate and describe, as far as reasonably practicable, all ACMs in the area where the refurbishment work will take place or in the whole building if demolition is planned.

The survey will be fully intrusive and involve destructive inspection, as necessary, to gain access to all areas, including those that may be difficult to reach. A refurbishment and demolition survey may also be required in other circumstances, e.g. when more intrusive maintenance and repair work will be carried out or for plant removal or dismantling. These are to be carried out in unoccupied areas.

I would recommend this company to anyone contemplating a demolition project. They demolished our redundant workshop premises smoothly and efficiently (the only company to quote which promised to unbolt carefully the asbestos roofing sheets, which they did). All their operatives were helpful and courteous and the site was tidied up satisfactorily at the end of the job.
