A Refurbishment and Demolition Survey is a legal requirement before any refurbishment or demolition work can be carried out. This type of survey is used to locate and describe, as far as reasonably practicable, all ACMs in the area where the refurbishment work will take place or in the whole building if demolition is planned.

The survey will be fully intrusive and involve destructive inspection, as necessary, to gain access to all areas, including those that may be difficult to reach. A refurbishment and demolition survey may also be required in other circumstances, e.g. when more intrusive maintenance and repair work will be carried out or for plant removal or dismantling. These are to be carried out in unoccupied areas.

I would recommend this company to anyone contemplating a demolition project. They demolished our redundant workshop premises smoothly and efficiently (the only company to quote which promised to unbolt carefully the asbestos roofing sheets, which they did). All their operatives were helpful and courteous and the site was tidied up satisfactorily at the end of the job.

Please convey our thanks to your team for a well organised, professional job to safely demolish and remove our old garage. The team was very efficient and completed the work in half a day leaving the area clean and tidy. Thank you again

Just a quick email to praise Jake and his team. They have done a fantastic job doing the demolition work in the Alp building here at Henley Bank but they have also gone above and beyond helping me with moving the big fridge that was still in the building. Much appreciated Thanks

Thank you very much dealing with this so quickly. Prestbury Parish Council really appreciates it. Best wishes

Thank you so much to Nathan for leaving the paperwork in the office for me regarding the recent asbestos skylight removal. It looks great with it all removed. We just need new ceilings now! Thank you so much for a great job and reassurance throughout the process. Hope you all have a great Christmas break - when we get there! Kind regards,

- Kirsti
